Enrolment
We take great pleasure in welcoming new families into our school community.
Who Can Enrol?
Schools in the Catholic Education, Diocese of Wagga Wagga community are open to all Catholic families, as well as families from Orthodox churches, families from other Christian Churches, and those from other faith traditions or non-religious backgrounds who are prepared to support the ethos, values and liturgical and sacramental practices of the Catholic Church.
When to Enrol
You can apply to enrol your child at any time although the formal enrolment period commences in March. Primary school students must commence school before they turn six years of age, and applications are accepted in the year prior to commencement.
Enrolment Process
Before an enrolment is finalised, parents/carers are usually interviewed by the principal or a delegated staff member. Documents required at this interview include the completed enrolment form, birth certificate, baptismal certificate (if available) , immunisation statement, any relevant medical records or health assessments, and passport if you are newly arrived in Australia.
School Fees
The fees for each year will be set in the last term of the previous year. The school will always take into account the fiscal needs of the school, the increasing running costs and the general economic situation of our community. School fees are necessary to help provide the educational services for the children. It is usual to expect the fees to change from year to year.
School fee accounts are sent home at the beginning of the year, and parents are encouraged to pay them via Bpay. Parents have the option to pay in full within 30 days or enter into a payment agreement.
